We see that pain is more than just a physical experience and that it can affect all 4 levels of a person: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Fortunately for our patients, we have many tools to address the whole person.

We are considered a Primary Care Provider in the State of Oregon. We are committed to helping patients make informed choices around pain management treatment options and can assist in tapering people off of chronic opioid pain medications. She has advanced training in pharmacology and intimately understands how important it is to treat each person individually.

Having worked in surgery and anesthesia for over 16 years, she is acutely aware of the multitude of therapies available for her patients, including surgical and pharmaceutical to nutritional and botanical medicines. She continuously updates her training and refines her understanding of the available treatment options.

Pain Relief Therapies

These regenerative therapies help reduce joint and muscle pain and inspire the healing process.

  • Trigger point: reduces pain caused by muscle 'knots"
  • Prolotherapy: nutrients combined with a pain reliever
  • Ozone therapy
  • Interferential Treatment: a treatment that uses low-frequency electrical current for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.  It stimulates nerve activity for pain relief and increases blood flow to injured tissue. Interferential current stimulation is useful in the treatment of stiff joints, inflammation, muscular and circulatory disorders, and edema. Helpful for musculoskeletal issues stemming from cumulative trauma injury, such as from sports activity. May be used pre or post orthopedic surgery to improve healing.
  • Ultrasound Treatment: a treatment used for pain relief, to reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, and stimulate tissue healing.  Useful for many conditions such as sprains and strains, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, myofascial pain syndrome, pain caused by scar tissue, plantar fasciitis.
