  • 1 cup pecans
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Raisins/Dates:

Place raisins/dates in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let them soak for 10 minutes; then drain water off.
