Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups silken tofu
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate (70% and above)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Irish Cream (or brandy, rum, whiskey) to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Recipe Instructions:

Prepare:

Break up the chocolate into pieces and place in a glass bowl over boiling water or use double boiler. You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave but check it frequently every 10 seconds or so to avoid burning the chocolate.

Put the tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, Irish Cream, and salt into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
