Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized organic apples, chilled and cut into chunks
- 5 carrots, chilled and cut into chunks
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 cup kale, loosely packed
- 1 to 2 Tbsp of fresh ginger (amount depends on the spicy kick you want)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup chilled coconut water
Recipe Instructions: Put all the ingredients into blender or food processor and blend 30-45 seconds until liquified. You can also use your juicer. Enjoy the energy boost!
