Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized organic apples, chilled and cut into chunks
  • 5 carrots, chilled and cut into chunks
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 cup kale, loosely packed
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp of fresh ginger (amount depends on the spicy kick you want)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup chilled coconut water
