Lunch

What can I say about lunch, it can be a challenge. We’re fortunate at the clinic that we have an hour off for lunch to eat and relax. I’ve worked at jobs that gave us the usual 30 minutes, which made lunchtime a whirlwind. Lunch choices can be eating out or bringing food from home. Eating out gets expensive. Bringing lunch from home requires planning. Both can be a strain. I’ve found recipes that can make lunch easier, quicker, more affordable, and tasty. Plus, you get to enjoy more of your lunchtime and less time waiting in line or at a table for your food to arrive.
